How long does it take to receive my order?
Physical products are made to order. Production and shipping times vary depending on the product, fulfillment location, and shipping method.
Please check the estimated production and delivery times shown on the product page and at checkout for the most accurate information.
Are your products made to order?
Do you offer personalized products?
Yes. Some products can be personalized with your own dog photo, name, or other customization options.
Only products specifically marked as personalized or customizable will include the personalization/upload option.
Can I return a personalized or custom product?
Custom and personalized products are generally not eligible for returns or refunds due to change of mind, incorrect selections, or incorrect personalization details provided by the customer .
If your personalized product arrives damaged, defective, or contains an error caused by us, please contact us and we'll work to make it right.
Can I return a standard physical product?
Eligible standard physical products may be returned within 7 days after receiving your order .
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Do you sell digital products?
Yes. Big Pup Energy offers digital guides designed for real life with big dogs.
Digital products are digital downloads only . No physical product will be shipped.
Can I get a refund for a digital product?
Digital products are generally not eligible for returns or refunds due to change of mind after purchase or after the digital product has been downloaded.
