At Big Pup Energy , our physical products are made to order through our print and fulfillment partners. This means your order is produced specifically for you after it is placed.
1. Order Processing Our physical products are made to order. Production times vary depending on the product and fulfillment location.
Please refer to the estimated production and shipping times shown on the product page and at checkout for the most accurate estimate for your order.
Production time is separate from shipping time.
2. Shipping & Delivery Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped using the available shipping service for your order.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, shipping method, product, and fulfillment location.
Estimated production and delivery times are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed .
Orders may take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, carrier delays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
3. Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
If your order contains multiple products, they may be produced or shipped separately and may arrive in different packages.

7. Digital Products Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping .
No physical product will be mailed for digital purchases.
After purchase, the digital product will be delivered through the applicable digital-delivery system.
